Return Policy: We accept returns for damaged items or items that do not match the product description. We except returns within 15 days of date of delivery. You must email us at service@needlesnminis.com to receive a Return Item Authorization. No refunds will be issued without prior authorization. All non-damaged items must be received back from you in the same condition as we sent them, and must be in condition to re-sell. You will need to pay the return shipping charges. We will refund the purchase price (less any shipping & handling). Shipping charges are not refundable. Requests received after the 15 days may be eligible for a store credit. Store Credits will be for the purchase price only, not including any shipping and handling costs.

Responsibility:
The user and/or customer will determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection with its use. If you substitute or replace components with after-market accessories, Needles and Minis cannot be held responsible for problems or equipment failure caused by modifications. Specifically, you should be somewhat familiar with wiring before purchasing LED's and miniature light bulbs. Shipping & Handling Policy:
UNITED STATES: We ship all of our products via USPS, unless otherwise specified. Any order $75 or more ships free. All orders are shipped within 3 business days after receipt of order except on custom orders. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your package.

INTERNATIONALLY:
Unfortunately, we cannot ship outside of the United States at this time.
